• Third-party brands, trade names, and trademarks appearing on the bet99 platform are the property of their respective owners.

Bet99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any Player for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, collusion, or platform abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
